Children’s Museum Tucson offers three after-hours events this summer
as part of The Downtown Experience Summer Event Series.
All activities are included with regular museum admission, and as always, free to members!
5-8 pm Friday, June 26
Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles!
- Giant Bubbles in the courtyard
- foam cannon
- body-sized bubble
- bubble machines for the kids
- bubble lawn mowers
- music and fun!
Kids can make their own bubble snakes and bubble wands. An incredible way to spend a summer evening.
5-8 pm Friday, July 31
Water play in the courtyard will keep us cool in the summer heat!
- Splash zone in the courtyard
- reusable water balloons
- sprinkler games
- ice pop station
Tucson Fire Department will be at the Museum at 6 pm to splash everyone on North Lawn
Bring a towel, sunscreen, change of clothes if necessary.
5-8 pm Friday, Aug. 28
Join us to play with all things smashable and slimey, from oobleck to dough to good old-fashioned SLIME!
- Play in an outdoor oobleck pool
- Explore hands-on slime stations
- Stretch, squish, and create with slime
- Enjoy interactive sensory activities
