Feel the Thunder on Thursdays

Every Thursday kids can learn about our desert monsoons through storytelling and craft activities. They will also have a chance to chill at our water exhibits and enjoy a snow cone to cool off.

Clay Play

Sundays & Tuesdays from 11am-12pm, little ones can explore the joys of hands-on sculpting and crafting with clay. This interactive activity encourages imagination and creativity, perfect for curious minds and tiny hands.

Indoor & Outdoor

Children’s Museum Oro Valley at Tohono Chul has indoor and outdoor exhibits, Daily activities and programming for kids and families. They will mesh with the natural focus of Tohono Chul, with a focus on the culture, animals and plants of our Sonoran Desert region.

Bring your stroller or wagon to use as you explore the gardens along the way to the CMOV@TC area. We are open from 9 am-12:30 pm Tuesday-Sunday, with open activity areas and scheduled programs every day.

Outdoor spaces are accessible during regular Tohono Chul hours though not all components are available when Children's Museum Oro Valley is closed.

Inside Tohono Chul
Visitors will experience Tohono Chul and Children’s Museum Oro Valley exhibits and programs for one entry fee. All ages are welcome and kids 2 and younger are admitted free.
