Party Set Up
- Setup begins 30 minutes before your party.
- Birthday host receives two reserved all-day parking spaces at the CMT Education Center, 130 S. Scott Ave., in the lot. Parking lot closes at 5pm. Other guests can use metered parking or park in one of the nearby garages.
- Tabletop decorations welcome. Balloons must be secured. No wall/ceiling decorations or piñatas.
- Museum approval is required for rented equipment or outside entertainment.
- No open flames except cake candles.
Food & Drink
- You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Plates and utensils are not provided.
- Outside catering is allowed but must be arranged by the party host.
- Party hosts are responsible for serving food and drinks.
- Food and beverages must remain in the Education Center. Gifts and leftovers can be stored during your Museum visit.
- No alcoholic beverages permitted.
Party Logistics
- Enjoy 1.5 hours in your selected party room, plus setup time.
- Guest wristbands include Museum admission. Adults must accompany children at all times.
- Gifts and leftover food may be stored at the CMT Education Building during your Museum visit.
- Stored items must be picked up no later than 4:30 PM. The Education Center and parking lot close at 5:00 PM.
Clean-up/Damage
- Please dispose of trash and leave the space reasonably clean.
- Staff will inspect for and document any damage after each party and will notify the renting party of any damage.
- The renting party is responsible for any cleaning or repair costs resulting from damage.
- Smoking/vaping/and weapons are prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- Party hosts are responsible for supervising guests between the Education Center and the Museum.

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (barring other Museum events) - Up to 100 guests (adults & children)
- Up to 25 additional guests can be accommodated at a nonrefundable cost of $10 per guest

- Tables and chairs with butcher paper covers and crayons or markers
